Looking for someone to buddy up with - I am looking to move out of my family home and would ideally like to look at new apartment blocks in Birmingham city centre.
Buddying up will make things a lot more affordable than getting a place of my own.
I’m outgoing and friendly but like to wind down and switch off when at home. I like to hit the gym and go for walks. I work in market research and my work is remote. I’ll either wfh or go to cafes. Occasionally I’d like to invite friends over (they would be clean and quiet).

I’d like someone who is not cluttered and is very clean. Someone who respects my space and isn’t loud. Who I can be comfortable around. Just someone who is friendly and chatty but also likes their own space.
