Double/single room wanted young fer professional.

Hi there, I'm looking for an ensuite double room in a house/flat share or for flatmates who are easy going and clean. Ideally I’m looking for a 2 bedroom house/flat and my budget is £450 including bills. I’m available to move in now but I have to give my landlord a 1 month notice. To tell you a bit about myself, I currently work remotely as a customer service advisor and spend my free-time singing and playing acoustic guitar in my room.
