A working professional seeks a double room

I’m a professional working in finance who is looking for a double en-suite/double room. I am available to move from in January 2025, at earliest, and have a budget of £750 all bills included. I would like to share with males or females and ideally the house should contain no more than 3 ppl including me. Also the house should be clean and tidy! The room should be unfurnished or partly furnished as I have my own work station and couple small furniture pcs.

I love travel and socialise. I am tidy and clean, pay my rent on a time if not earlier.

Currently undergoing a minimalist journey by switching from plastics to more sustainable way of living, cutting down on fast fashion and being vegetarian most of the time (I am something that could be labelled as a flexitarian). I enjoy board games, Netflix and reading. I also study French once a week.

Ideally I am after a place where i get well along with other flatmates and we establish mutual respect and friendship. I also like my new flatmates to be clean and tidy. I’m easy going and not seeking conflicts and if there is disagreement I like to talk it through as mature adults.
