Professional looking for a nice place to live

I'm looking for a place to live fairly close to central London, so that my commute isn't too long! I currently work as a Visual Effects artist and absolutely love my career. I am switching to a new company on the 5th April, and will work hybrid-remote so would spend up to 2 days working at home but 3+ in the Studio.

I'm happy to live with all genders/sexual orientations etc, previously I have lived with a very varied bunch of people and am a member of the lgbtqia+ community. (I go by Rich at work but am known to friends as Rachel) so would love open minded housemates.
My only ask is that you are respectful of the shared space and of course each others privacy!

I am social though, like nothing more than a chat or watching trashy reality tv or a terrible movie with friends after a tiring day!
