I am looking to team up with someone for a house/Room share. I will be working 4 days in London and 4 days I will be away out of London as I live out of London with my wife and child. So for the month I will only be in the property half a month and for the year I will only be in the property for six months. This pattern for 4 days in London and 4 days Out of London Will continue until I leave my job and I’m not looking to do this any time soon. As a landlord you will rarely see me as once I go to work for 12 hours I normally go to the gym and visit family (Mum). Please note I do 4 days on 4 days off and 4 nights on 4 days off so on my night shift pattern I will be leaving at 7 pm in the evening and coming home at 7 am in the morning. Also my shift pattern does go into the weekend sometimes.
