Important to me that there's a mutual respect for shared spaces e. g. cleaning, and that everyone is considerate of noise and flat security (e. g. locking the front door, not leaving the house with the oven on with food inside, knowing how to close a door using the handle and not bringing hardcore drugs or having sex parties in the flat)....might seem detailed, but unfortunately all that and more is why I'm looking to move out of my current place🫤

Very easy going guy, enjoy cooking from time to time, love a movie night, picnics, exploring markets and browsing bookstores. Though few things are better than a good coffee and walk in the park😌
Enjoy watching shows like Ab Fab, Fawlty Towers, Golden Girls, Miranda & 'Gimme Gimme Gimme; classic films and international news. More a pub and restaurant type than bars/clubs but totally fine if you are, but again please; I wouldn't want to share a flat with any drug use or "parties" 🚫

📍Work all over London and sometimes out of town with events, so I'm not fixed on where in London; but Bermondsey, Oval, Kennington and Elephant&Castle are particularly attractive as the links are super.
