Asap - Keyworker/Student needs Bedroom

I am a student at Edinburgh College (Granton Campus) doing Hairdressing level 2 (soon to be Level 3). I work in a shop part time to top up my earnings.

I am very domesticated and I would expect you to be also.

I like to spend most of my free time either socialising or cooking :-) I am decent at batch cooking meals and freezing them for when I need to microwave them lol

I can be quite sociable but do enjoy my own quiet time to myself watching ridiculous amount of tv shows and movies. Happy to be either a quiet flatmate you never hear/see or one that will sit down with you and de-stress with a beverage or 2 :)

Ideally looking for around Leith/The Shore area but will consider other areas as long as there is good bus links and fill all my requirements. 1st months rent and deposit available immediately!

I would like conformation that you are a registered landlord (or your landlord is registered) and that the deposit will be going into a deposit scheme. Surely you want to be protected aswell as me. Had issues in the past and have learnt my lesson.
