Looking for a double room in outgoing house

Hi I'm Will,

I'm looking for a double room in a friendly and outgoing house in South West. Currently living in Earsfield for the past 2 years but the owner has decided to sell the property and I'm keen to stay in and around the area.

I'm a clean and respectful housemate and I'm ideally looking for housemates to socialise with in and out of the house, but also respect each others need for their own time and space. I enjoy a good mix of nights out, a few pints at the pub or a chilled one in front of the tv. Big sports fan and particuarly football and rugby and do plenty of long distance running in my spare time.

My current lease ends the end of September but I'm happy to be flexible on move in dates if need be.
