ABOUT ME:
Hi, I’m Jade, relocating back to SE London after spending the past year working remotely in Ireland and before that, Spain.
I work in marketing and brand strategy, freelance, and am looking for a comfortable, well-kept home to relax in after work - rather than just a place to sleep - somewhere clean, friendly, homely and chill.
I’m very clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I have a busy social life outside but I also enjoy a household that feels warm, chatty in communal areas and human, rather than overly transactional. I enjoy cooking on the evenings when I'm indoors and am happy to share!
I'm from London and previously house shared in Canada Water for several years (via SpareRoom) and it was a genuinely lovely, harmonious experience I made friends from - that’s the kind of dynamic I’m hoping to find again.
My days vary, some days are relaxed WFH so I'd like a room with a desk, others involve lots of being out and about with clients. I always clean up after myself and is easy to live with. Happy to provide references from my current sublet which has been great but ends 9th April.
In my spare time I like to go for coffee walks or dinner and drink with my friends. I have friends across London so I stay busy on evenings and weekends. I love the gym, walking, hiking and climbing.
Hobbies are watching live music, nights out, cooking, movie nights.
LOOKING FOR:
A furnished double room with a large desk to WFH. Place doesn't have to be large but very well-kept. A clean bathroom is a must for me!
Friendly, warm household of people on the same wavelength.
Within 15 min walk of Canada Water station.
