About me:

Hi, I’m Jade, originally from West London and currently relocating back to London after spending the past year working remotely in Ireland and Spain.

I work in marketing and brand strategy on a freelance basis and I’m setting up a London base again. I’m looking for a comfortable, well-kept home rather than just a place to sleep - somewhere well-kept, clean, friendly and easy to live in.

I’m very clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m independent and value my own time, but I also enjoy a household that feels warm, chatty in communal areas and human rather than overly transactional.

I previously shared a flat in Canada Water for several years (via SpareRoom) and it was a genuinely lovely, harmonious experience - that’s the kind of dynamic I’m hoping to find again.

Lifestyle & Routine:

My days vary naturally, some days are quieter and home-based. Others involve meetings, networking, events, or being out and about in London. I appreciate a home that feels flexible and calm, not rigid or overly monitored. I’m mindful of excess noise, cleanliness, and boundaries, and I’m the kind of housemate who’s easy to live with.

In my spare time I like to go for coffees or a quiet drink with my friends in SE. I love the gym, walking and hiking. I like live music and the odd night out dancing but am more partial to a card games night or dinner party at my friends' place these days.

What I’m looking for:

A clean, cosy, well-maintained, furnished single or double room. Doesn't have to be large but well-kept. A clean bathroom is a must for me!

A friendly, respectful household. Ideally short-term to start, with openness if it’s a great fit.

Good transport links (to Canary Wharf / SE & East London especially).
