Quiet professional seeking pet-friendly double

Hi there

I’m looking for a clean, modern and spacious double room in a flat or house that feels like home. It must be pet friendly as I live with a small hypoallergenic Cavapoo called Merlin. He’s very relaxed, quiet and well-behaved, and I’d be happy to cover a small pet fee if needed.

I work from home full time, so a quiet space during the day is important. I’ve been renting from a private landlord for the past 18 months and can provide references, including proof of always paying rent on time.

I’m sociable and enjoy chatting and spending time with housemates in the evenings, but I’m also considerate and like to keep shared spaces clean and calm. I’m open to living with people of any age or gender, the main thing is that everyone’s tidy, respectful and easygoing.

My budget is up to £1,050pcm and I’m ready to move in within the next few weeks. If you’ve got a room available or are open to buddying up, I’d love to hear from you.
