Young Professional Female seeks a room

I am a female healthcare professional in my late 20s, I am starting a new job at Derriford Hospital, so I am looking for somewhere nearby to live. I am looking for a small place by myself or a shared house but preferably a double room with my own bathroom. I am hoping to find something near the hospital or easily commutable with off road parking. I am looking for somewhere with guaranteed parking. I am available to move soon potentially but am also happy to wait for the right place. I have a budget of up to £750pcm for the right place (slightly higher if by myself if needed). If I find somewhere sharing, I would be happy to socialise if people are up for it.
