Need temporary short term

I am 28 years old and have just moved from Australia.

I?m looking for something for 2-3 months with possibility to extend once my work situation has been established.

I am looking for a furnished double room (all bills incl.) in a house share with friendly people of a similar age who like to socialise (id love to make some new friends), but can also respect personal time and boundaries.

I am a tidy person and prefer to live with people who are also clean and tidy. I eat meat, but respect if you do not.

I am a non smoker, so would prefer being around non smokers, and am happy to live with any friendly pets.
