I am looking for somewhere to live

I am looking for somewhere to call home as relocating for work

Wishing to stay in a place that is £600-850PCM including bills if possible - as I am low maintenance.

I would like to live with someone who is relatively tidy, doesn't smoke and can respect Monday-Friday, 9-5 working culture and likes to socialise too, but can give private space similarly. In return I would give the same but as a friendly and respectful person/professional e. g. like a board game, cinema, watching films occasionally and chats.

Hobbies include; walking, writing, travel, going to the pub, theatre etc and volunteering.

Would like to live in or as near to the Leith area if possible and WFH 3 days per week capability.
