Long term let in North Essex area

A 7 days p/week, monthly rolling agreement is required within a spacious home-share. A maximum of 2 other tenants preferably (3 total including myself)

Prefer mature, calm, compassionate and privacy appreciating souls, who have their own life, and yet can compromise with maturity - and who genuinely like people :)
The louder pastimes I do is occasionally playing acoustic guitar & singing/ chanting when I’m happy.
Music is on a small but strong speaker. Scratch-cooking in the kitchen. Yoga/calisthenics in my bedroom or early A. M in a lounging area.
Quieter past times would be reading, cooking, making herbal remedies (beginner!).
Things I do outside the home is leisure centre swimming, dancing, foraging, well-being pursuits, walkabouts, cafés, farmer markets and travelling everywhere and anywhere being a free-spirited spiritual “seeker” of sorts, which does take one places 🌈 😆😇 ✨

I look forward to hearing from anyone with similar-ish preferences &/ideas, or with an interest, either to share a house with, or to rent from per month ongoing.
