Female looking for double room

My name is Aisha-Dior, I’m 28. I do freelance work as a social media marketer/manager/graphic designer and I also work for NCS as a Team Leader/Youth Worker. I also do agency work as a Support Worker for children with Special Educational needs. If needed I can provide proof of affordability as a show of confidence that rent will be paid on time with no issue.

I’ve lived at my current place since 2020, and the only reason I’m moving is because the house is being sold. The landlord given us all 2 months notice, I can move at any point before then.

I always pay my rent on time, always get along with other housemates, I understand the importance of being considerate of others. I’m very reliable to the landlord if they require somebody available. I’m just looking for a comfortable space, with nice housemates and a decent landlord.
