Professional looking for 1 or 2 bed flat in London

I work in finance and will be moving to London in the coming months due to relocation with work. I will be working in the office in central London, so ideally need a place within 30 minutes of the city. I’m a very laidback person who is either at work or in the gym. I also have a property development business & rental properties so I manage this as well. I’m a very sociable person but also like my own space, so a housemate on the same page would be great.
