Looking for a double bedroom in the city centre

Dear All,

My name is Josep Llobera (28 years old) and I'm currently looking to rent (long-term) a double bedroom in Edinburgh city centre or not too far from it. I'm originally from Spain but have been living in Edinburgh for the past four years, and all these four years in the same flat in Morningside. My landlord's girlfriend will be moving in soon, which is the reason why he asked me to leave the flat. Ideally I'm looking for a place to move in at some point in March.

I like to take pride in the flat I'm living, as well as to be able to feel at home in it. After four years of living in a nice area of Edinburgh, in a sunny and spacious Victorian flat with a great flatmate, I am now looking for something similar as having to settle for something lesser would be a tough blow.

A little about me? I?m passionate about literature, cinema and writing, all three very sedentary activities but which I complement with running, climbing and my job in a busy restaurant. I have an engineering degree, a master's in translation studies but am currently working as a waiter in one of Edinburgh's top restaurants while thinking about which step to take next. Eventually I would like to live out of my writing, but it takes time.

I don't know what else to say, if you have or know about a nice room available and think we could both get along under the same roof, please get in touch with some pictures of the room in question and a little about yourself. I will consider every offer, but I will give preference to those closer to the city centre and those with no more than two additional flatmates. I have a good budget but I would rather not to spent more than 650 pounds/month all included.
