Buddying-up to find a home together

Hey! I’m Phoebe :))

After a few years of moving from place to place, filled with the loveliest people and memories, I’m now hoping to create a place I can truly call home in London. I’d love to buddy-up with a group of people who want to find a home together. 🌞🌷

I’m a friendly, creative and positive person, currently training to be a children’s psychologist. Something that has always been important to me, especially in a city as busy as London, is building a sense of community around me. I have a beautiful group of friends here but it is a real desire of mine to have that warm, community feeling in the place I live as well.

Here’s what that looks like in my mind! The place we live in is one we all help to keep clean and tidy, but it’s a home, not a house. So please do leave your slippers by the sofa or your half finished jigsaw puzzle on the table!
I’m also sure we all will have a need for quiet recharging time, so it’s important we all have our own rooms we love and the respect for when someone needs alone time or space. Around that, though, I’d love for us to be a group of flatmates who spend time together! I love the idea of coming come and debriefing our days on the sofa, deciding as a group what artwork or plant we want to put in the hallway or cooking together with music on in the kitchen.

My life is a reasonably busy one, split between my training and the various creative activities I do outside of work. I do a lot of theatre, so you will always have an invite to the shows I’m in (and equally I’d be very grateful to anyone helping me run lines).
I also dance and swim and spend a lot of time in nature. One of my favourite things is being creative outdoors, whether writing or dancing or painting.
My friends and I go to a lot of live events, whether that’s plays, spoken word jazz nights, storytelling nights or live music, which you’d always be welcome to join.

Basically I’m all about living my London life to the fullest, through the creative scene, time in nature and spending lots of my time with the people in my life.
