27 year old professional looking to rent

I am a 27 year old working professional looking to find a place to call home 🏠
Currently work as a low intensity cognitive behavioural therapist in the NHS, I have been in this role for the past three years. I am going to be moving to a new role as a specialist practitioner in September.

I like gardening and looking after my house plants. I also enjoy art, photography and being outdoors. I am from Somerset originally and would like to find somewhere that is homely and a place where I can relax.

My work is a mixture of working in the office, in schools, in hospital clinics and working from home. With my role changing at the end of September I am not sure how much of my working day will be WFH vs not. From September- December I will be at University two days a week (Mondays and Tuesday) which I think will be mostly WFH but sometimes F2F in Exeter as part of my new role training.

I have three pets-one called Marmalade who is a Syrian Hamster and Scampi and Chips who are gerbils. Ideally I would like to find a place that will consider pets as they help me de-stress from work. In my current rented property they live in separate stacked Bucastate enclosures measuring 100x50x50. They are handled twice daily, litter trained (use a sand box), have silent wheels and lots of enrichment. I am happy to share further information on their care and set up.

I am sociable and would like to live with people who are up for a quiet chat in the evenings or watch a film sometimes. Equally like my own space and alone time. In my spare time I volunteer with the Cinnamon Trust.
I am a clean and respectful individual who values a tidy place to live in.
