Double Bed Room Required

I'm a friendly, reliable, clean, hygienic, respectful, trustworthy, non-smoker looking for a double room. I don't mind pets as long as the place is clean and smells good. I can also help out around the house with small DIY/handyman jobs if needed. I also have the ability to hold a good conversation about many topics.

The housemate must not smoke, be loud, disrespectful, unhygienic or rude.

I work full time from the afternoon till midnight as a team leader for a well-known company.
