Looking For A Double Room

Hi,

Ideally I am looking for a one bed flat, studio or annexe but would also be happy to houseshare with one other person if a spacious bedroom with an ensuite/ own bathroom facilities can be offered.

I am a quiet person who is very clean, tidy and house proud. I am very respectful of other people, including their privacy and property, so I would be best suited to living with a housemate who shares these qualities.

My requirements are as follows:

-NO PETS
-Sharing with one other person only.
-The bedroom for rent is an ENSUITE/ has its OWN BATHROOM facilities.
-The household is very clean, tidy and well-maintained.
-The household is quiet and there are not guests coming in and out of the property all the time.
-Good public transport links
