Looking For Flat Or Room Share

Looking for a clean and tidy home environment. Double room, preferably en suite. I am very sociable and would definitely like to be friends with new housemates but also value my own space and time (and sleep!). I work Monday - Friday in Exeter so week nights are usually chilled for me, however I would never say no to a shindig on the weekend. Would need parking. I am a kind and conscientious person who is respectful of other people?s space and belongings and am looking for like minded people to live with. I look forward to hearing from you :)
