Flat Or House Share Required By 3.2.20

Hi,

I am semi retired business owner and studying in apsley for 2 months minimum, I want somewhere with all facilities, close to apsley or town centre.

I am very tidy, clean and respectful, ideally if house sharing I would prefer a maximum of 2 other people to share with, ideal 1 other.

I require 7 day a week and might have my girlfriend stay over some nights but not often, maybe once to twice a week.

I am studying so would like an area to read, also a lounge or television in room to chill out, broadband and all bills included.

Budget up to ?700 per month, happy to pay 1 month up front and deposit, extended for another 1-2 months, depending on my course.

I do not wish to walk more than 10 mins into town centre, STRICTLY or Apsely, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME UNLESS YOUR ACCOMODATION SUITS THIS CRITERIA.
