Professional Female seeks a sunny double room

Hello!
I’m a professional looking to rent a room in the North/East London area (Hackney, Haringey, Islington ish). I have a stable permanent job at a charity in Islington.

My budget is around £800-1300 (depending on the set up). Including bills.

I’m 31, have lived in London for 11 years. I have family in the countryside so tend to spend a weekend or more each month visiting them, and often travel for work in the summer.

Love to cook, watch films, enjoy London (never know what to say, feels like online dating!). I’m not a party animal, home is definitely a sanctuary for me. I’, clean and tidy, and considerate of others.

Would ideally love somewhere with lots of sunlight. Outdoor space like rooftop or balcony a bonus! Unfurnished preferred. Shared living room would be great, but not requirement if the kitchen space/bedroom size is decent.
