Looking for double room/ studio

Hi I'm Kay, a medical professional looking preferably around Newcastle centre, LongBenton or Morpeth starting from Jan 2026. Preferably inclusive of all bills including council tax, utility bills like water, WiFi, gas, electricity and wifi.

Preference in order: a larger double room /one bed flat/ studio. I don't mind part furnished space too.

I have around 15 years of renting/ house sharing experiences so far due to having to relocate frequently for study / training purposes. I am in search of some lovely souls to stay with for the next few months up to 1 year if it suits.

I don't have fussy criteria on flatmates, pretty much chilled after house sharing for over a decade. I have also lived with live-in landlords (both genders) so I am aware and sensitive to most expectations and I value your privacy. Definitely housetrained.

Some important boundaries for me include open, respectful and fair communication about anything that matters to us; cleaning after ourselves and being considerate of noise levels during standard sleeping hours eg 11pm- 8am. I'm generally clean and tidy but not OCD. Would be a bit more relaxed on busy / sick / exhausted days but not to the point of messy. :)

I'm private and enjoy my space a lot.
