Looking for room/ studio

Hi I'm Kay, a medical professional looking preferably in Gateshead or Newcastle centre. Preferably inclusive of all bills including council tax, utility bills like water, WiFi, gas and electricity.

Preference in order: a larger double room /one bed flat/ studio. I don't mind part furnished/ unfurnished rooms/ space too.

I have around 12 years of renting/ house sharing experiences so far. I am in search of a lovely soul (s) and/or a small communal family to live with for the next few months up to 1-3 years if it suits.

I don't have fussy criteria on flatmates, pretty much chilled after house sharing for over a decade. I have also lived with live in landlords as well so I am aware of and sensitive to the expectations in general. Definitely housetrained. Some important boundaries for me include open and respectful communication about anything that matters to us; cleaning after ourselves and being considerate of noise levels during standard sleeping hours eg 11pm- 8am. I'm generally clean and tidy but not OCD :) I'm private, quiet and enjoy my space a lot... I am highly respectful of others' privacy etc and would expect the same. If you are private and don't want any talking it's absolutely fine with me. No questions asked. If you want to be social, I am also open to hanging out and creating memories when my social battery is charged!
