Urgent Seeking a room not too far from Marylebone

Hello :)

I am moving to London in January and need a room nearish to my workplace in Marylebone (like 35 mins commute max)... Open to commuting further for the right place.

Dull deets out the way, I'll start by saying I don't want to pay more than £800 inc bills. I'll be wfh one day per week and the rest in the office.

I'm originally from Edinburgh, have been pining for London for years and finally have an opportunity to move for. I'll be working for a healthcare company, however, I graduated from drama school and that's where my passion lies. I'll likely be doing audition tapes from time to time.

I can be very sociable yet also crave my own space so am looking for a flatmate/s who are similar in that respect. I'm very easy to live with and feel as though I get along with most people who are down to earth and are generally just nice!!

A bit about me - I love fitness - yoga and bouldering, exploring new places, a boogie, reading, wining and dining... I also have mixing decks (headphones will be in) that I'm happy for house mates to use.
