I am very organized and tidy therefore I will take care of the room with a lot of commitment and dedication.
I am also working at part time so I am not going to spend too much time at home. In addition, most of the time I will be studying by my own in the room as I am a very dedicated student.
Furthermore, I am open to buddy up with someone (female) that shares the same interests as me.
