NHS professional seeking good size room BN1 or BN2

Hi

I am full time Council worker (Monday to Friday; previously at NHS, just can`t change the title for some reason), who is looking for a good size/large room or a studio in the Preston Park/Hollingdean/Ditchling/Lewes Rd or even Woodingdean, Ovingdean, Rottingdea, Saltdean area . My max. budget is £600 for large room or £500-£550 for regular size. Ideally, would like to share property with 1 or max. 2 people.

I am quite flexible with moving in date, but it would need to be at some point by the end of this year.

You can expect from me nothing, but predictable and smooth tenancy with no single bad surprise. I was reinterring myself so I know how important to you is finding a right person. I am quiet, sort of introvert person who respects other people`s space and house rules. I am also Airbnb user so all my reviews are available if needed as well as previous landlords/current agency reference.
