Seeking annex or room for me and my two cats.

I am seeking to relocate within a 30-40 minute drive of Folkestone where I will be beginning work as an academic skills teacher in September. I am seeking quiet, comfortable, clean living conditions. Parking is a bonus.

I am seeking a home for me and my two cats - Ginger and Pepper. The cats are well house trained but do require outside access at least twice a day. As a result I am looking for a quiet neighbourhood, preferably suburban or rural. They have lived in shared lodging before and are OK with dogs (more or less!).

In terms of the room, my main requirement is that there is plenty of room for my desktop computer, desk, and chair. Other than that I don't require a great deal of space.
