Professional Male seeks a double room

My names Joshua, I am a professional male, aged 24 and from Australia originally but living in Bath at the moment. I’m looking for a double room in Swansea, ideally close’ish to the beach and city. I am able and hoping to move in somewhere starting this week June 21st.

I’m a chilled, clean, open minded, respectful and easy going guy with a passion for surfing and other sports. After these lockdowns and being away from the coast and surf for what feels so long.. I’ve decided to move and work closer to somewhere that has these possibilities nearby and more frequently.

Ideally looking to share with similar professional people and mature students who are nice and open minded. Not a party house but somewhere we can enjoy ourselves and have socials with friends on the weekends still etc. I’m keen for cooking together, and other things like that when possible. I also if it’s wanted, have a little bench/squat rack, adjustable bench, barbell, dumbbells and weights that I’d be happy to contribute to the house for everyone’s use (could go in garden to).

I’m available for Zoom/FaceTime calls this weekend if it’s possible to arrange something that way, otherwise available for viewings starting next week. I also have references and a guarantor.
