Kiwi professional seeks room

Hope you're doing good! My name's Adam, I'm a 35 year old Kiwi working full-time in the arts sector in London and looking for a room with no fixed timeline. I'm a tidy, chill flatmate who's really passionate about theatre and performance and enthusiastic about live music, films, games, visual art: I'm often out at a show or gig or club night (though I'm not the kind of guy to bring the party home - the gig is the party!). I'm social, open to cooking together and hanging out after work, but I also have my own network, like my own space and respect that for others. I have a full-time role in producing at an arts centre south of the river and work in the office minimum four days a week.

I'm looking for a double room for single use, budget up to £1100 including bills. Please have bookshelf space and space for a fold-up bicycle! Currently living in Camberwell and would like to stay in Camberwell/Peckham, but ultimately flexible (and particularly interested in Dalston thru to Manor House as well).
