Looking for a buddy up

I am currently looking for an affordable two bedroom flat to rent and would like to share it with a clean and like minded person. I work near Potters Bar so Stevenage, Hitchin and surrounding areas are ideal. My move in dates are not set in stone.

I’m a scientist by profession, I work mostly onsite and only at home when I have large write ups which isn’t super often. I am sociable but also enjoy my me time. I am clean, tidy and respectful of others.
