Looking for nice room in decent house

I'm looking for a decent room in a decent house. Easy to get along with, no drama and respectful. I enjoy spending time with those I live with but equally happy and respecting of boundaries. Communication is important as are values and mutual understanding.

I'm studying part time and working part time. I am interested in a lot of different things and if I was to point at what I enjoy most it would be running, strength training, web/app development projects and trying my hand at new things!
