Looking for nice room in decent house

Hi, thanks for looking at my ad.
I'm looking for a single or double room (depending on suitability) in a decent standard house. I'm studying part time (degree), working part time and I also have a freelance web development portfolio I'm expanding.

I'm looking to stay for 3-6 months but this could be longer if suitable as I am looking for my own place. If you rent out flats/houses, please let me know! I'm flexible on the stay but have provided a guideline on the duration I may stay to help!

I'm a friendly, outgoing, clean and respectful person who enjoys meeting new people. I am also respecting of personal boundaries and expect to enjoy my own space and for others to enjoy the same.
