Looking for nice room in decent house

Hi, I'm Greg. I'm looking for a decent room in Manchester. I'm open to where that might be. I'm currently in the process of saving for my own place and looking for somewhere medium term that is clean, well looked after and comes with no drama. I am an open-minded person and enjoy meeting new people and experiencing something different which I find is a bonus of house sharing. I'm just as at home in my own space, which is also really important to me and so I respect that with others. I'm a budding web developer (full stack in training!) so I spend a lot of time working on projects and thinking of ways of expanding my freelancing. I enjoy strength training as well as running (which I probably take way too seriously!), yoga, reading, studying, traveling and socializing.

I would require that those I live with have their sh*t together as best as possible. I'm not into dealing with other people's problems and them not being able to cope with sharing with others. If that's a live-in landlord (something I'm open to if it's suitable) then this is a big requirement. If it's a tenancy landlord, the property has to be a decent standard, the choice of tenants in the property also decent, communication to be good and everything above board!
