Looking for a room in Edinburgh

Hello,

I am looking for a room to rent in a welcoming shared house or flat, I am a professional and will be moving from Brighton to Edinburgh for a new job with a start date in September, perhaps early October. However, the move in date can be flexible.

I am open-minded, friendly and easy going. I enjoy cooking and I would happily spend some times with my future house/flatmate. I also understand the need of privacy and I like to spend times on my own too. In addition, I may be visiting my partner or they may visit me. I have been sharing a house and then a flat for six years with my current housemate and we made it homely.

I wish to find respectful and communicative flatmates, who clean and tidy after themselves on top of being friendly. I would like to find a home both quiet and social (I like to host rather tea time, dinner of boardgames evenings with friends than big parties). For the right fit, I could be flexible on the moving date.
