NOVEMBER move in! Double ensuite or 1 bed 💫

Hello!

I’m a 26-year-old female personal trainer and online fitness coach. I am moving back to London after being based in Marbella for the majority of this year, and looking for somewhere to base myself for my next chapter back in the UK. I previously lived in London for 6 years across Blackheath/Greenwich/Peckham/Nunhead areas.

I am looking for a double en-suite room, with desk space and ideally furnished because I need to be in relatively fast (as I will be starting back with face to face PT in Nov/Dec), so really need to be set up by then. Please don’t reach out if your space is dark and dingy or if it is damp and falling apart (sorry I have lived in some terrible places in London and I simply can’t hack it anymore) 😆

I massively value my space being nice, as I work hard and need to be able to relax and switch off outside of work. I’d want to feel super comfortable and friendly with the people I share with, not just join a let where it’s total strangers within a house.

I am single, self employed (work alone) and a lot of my friends now live north or outside London - so would love to live with others who would want to be a little bit social - nothing crazy (I do need my own time/space) but after living alone for the past year I realise I do deffo miss just having a laugh and a chit chat, enjoying a meal together or even going on a walk / to the pub / sports together etc.

I am open to the duration of the let - so pls reach out if you have something.

I’m super friendly, very clean and respectful- not a HUGE partier, but love a laugh, sitting on the sofa and watching something together to wind down, a few chilled bevs and an occasional night out of it includes dancing… I spend most of my time working, gym, playing sports, eating, seeing friends, travelling ✈️ and sleeping haha. I don’t have any pets and I don’t smoke. I would want to be able to have a friend come to stay as and when I want (but wouldn’t be a weekly occurrence)

Ideally I’d be able to park a car close by as I really need to have one for my job to get about easily.

I’m also back and forth between the north (where I’m from), London and Marbella at the moment whilst finding somewhere to be based. I have to go back to Spain to move out, and will be going up north for Christmas.
