Looking for dorchester room to rent

I am a young professional who is starting a job in social work around Dorchester. I am looking for rented accommodation preferably with most or all bills included, a bit of outside space and basic amenaties e. g. washing machine. I am not fussy about my roomates. I am tidy, respectful and would be a good roomate. i would prefer accommodation with mixed genders or all females.
