Looking for a room weekends, or mid week.

Hi, I would like a place with a view of mountains, lakes or the sea ! Thanks 🙏🏼 😊. Not urbanised , but somewhere very green and away from shops and supermarkets! I am looking for a friendly sociable place during mid week, or during the weekend for a couple of nights, or a weekly stay. To relax somewhere very green with good hiking paths, woods, forests , horses, hills with great views, or seaside within 1 or 4 hours of London. I also want to visit the Lake District and the Highlands , Snowdonia.
I am a creative writer, English online teacher, photographer and bookshop volunteer . I love hiking nature and cycling , arts and skiing !
Perhaps you have a dog , that's good too.
I would like to meet new sociable people on my trips and explore the area.
