Large Modern Room or Studio

I’m looking for a modern & hopefully a very long term, large double room, the bigger, the comfier and nicer the house and the people the longer term it would be. Which would be ideal.

A Double with an en suite would be amazing if possible . Not a deal breaker but would be fab.

An annexe would be super perfect. A lot to ask I know 😩

I'm a good hearted person, pleasant to be around and very caring and considerate.
I need to have good internet WiFi for work and all of my utility and council tax bills included and Wifi included.

I have a good sense of humour, and can be a fun person, people seem to enjoy me around! However I do like my privacy and quiet times too, I can be a bit of a hermit sometimes and like to be in my room. So I’m a good mix. Very emotionally intelligent & considerate of others.

I do have some lovely furniture including a super comfy expensive king size bed that I would love to keep and use.

I have two lovely 2 seater sofas/ small stylish dining table and chairs and would very much like to hang onto them where possible. I’d be happy to pay a little extra for an unused space to keep them clean and dry or more amazingly an additional room at low cost to create a separate little lounge area for me to use for my quiet times if the house had that scope.

I am stylish and neat & tidy. I tend to eat basic repeated food just to satisfy my gym training efforts! So I’m not in the kitchen for too long really.

I have two large rails for my clothes. Unless the room comes with plenty of wardrobe space!
I have a car and I’m a legal recruitment specialist.

Restarting my life and just need nice genuine & trustworthy people to share with. I love the sunshine and sitting lounging dining la fresco in the summer months.

I'm sensitive to others feelings and I do spend a fair amount of time in my room, I can tend to be quite a bit of a hermit mostly winter days. I am also on the flip side very sociable depending on the situation. Like a bit of chit chat. I’m a good mix of a person , professional and communicate easily with others.
