Looking for buddy up/flat in Ancoats

I am moving back to civilisation after living in a little town for 8 months and looking to get a flat (or buddy up for a place) in Ancoats for work in July. I’m a civil eng consultant working in office mostly with maybe Fridays wfh. I’ll be in Manchester for 8-12 months so someone with the rough same time frame would be ideal but if not can help find my replacement.

I’m pretty easy going and get on with people so don’t have any flatmate preferences. Quite clean too so will always try keep the place respectable. Ive got mates back in Manchester and my girlfriend so would be nice to have people round from time to time.

A friendly, sociable house would be good where we could go out for a drink or hang out in the living room. Also enjoy most sports so would be fun to go climbing, football, tennis etc. I do enjoy bit of time to myself too so there’d a good mix. I have my car with me as well so up for a daytrip but a flat with a designated parking space isn’t a dealbreaker.
