Looking for room

I'm a Transylvanian-Hungarian, 35 years old gay cis-male who is working in hospitality, fitness and currently a Business and Management student graduating in 2028.
I have a quite busy lifestyle juggling work, hobbies, education and travelling a lot due to my fitness career, therefore, ideally, I am looking for a flat or house share which is free-from frequent loud parties and gatherings into late evenings.
I had been living in the UK since 2013, and ideally I am looking for an LGBTQ household without underaged children.
I don't mind pets and I love outdoors and getting involved in social gatherings. in my spare time.

Currently, I live in Aldgate East, where I share flat with friends, and our lease is finishing at end of March 2026.
I am interested to find my future long term accommodation in a household with good public transport in most areas within Zone 2 and 3.
I don't have much belongings, but I have a 55 inches TV, chest of drawer and bits and pieces, so I am not keen on box rooms.
