Looking for a peaceful space with privacy

I am a personal trainer and am out a lot as well during the day. I love my job🥰
I love staying active and have fitness hobbies alongside working and going to the gym. I like to read, watch films, have a chat, a tea and biccy. I’m not a massive drinker as my fitness is important to me and I love my sleep but I enjoy a laugh and a catch up in the sun over a glass.

I am social and am easy going, I do like to have privacy and wind down in my own space too and I’d love to have someone alike.

I enjoying seeing friends and family and visit them from time to time, so there will be times that I’ll be out for the night and would preferably like to be able to have a couple close friends visit from time to time.

I have had a mortgage for 18 months and bills were paid always on time.

Please note on the ad I have said I don’t mind living with smokers or pets if it’s kept clean, everyone has their own preferences.

I also am opening to private rental of a whole property if that is an option. (My budget would be higher for this)
