What I’m seeking:

1) Large double room.
2) London
3) Preferably en-suite. Or at least sharing with no more than one other person.
4) No more than 2 housemates.
5) Clean, tidy and considerate housemates
6) Max budget £1200 pcm inc all bills

It would be nice to have housemates to hang out and socialise and for the home to be more of a home rather than just a place to stay and share, but am also happy to give space and do my own thing.

39 year old professional.

I always clean up after myself and won’t leave mess for others. I will respect the property, space and privacy of housemates. I will ask the same in return.
