I’m looking for a LARGE en-suite DSS / Universal credit accepted studio in a quiet house/ flat. A washing machine /kitchen IN the studio would be nice. Please READ my ADVERT BEFORE you contact me ,it’s helpful& logical to do ,plus it saves time. Any message from any agent / landlord that isn’t about DSS accepted properties will be deleted immediately!!
No deposit & Bills inclusive ( water / gas / electric ) studio flats is /are appealing, I don’t mind paying my own council tax if need be. If bills aren’t inclusive then I would prefer electric key/s or gas card if possible .
I consider myself drama- free, easy going & realistic ,ideally I want / expect the same from any and all potential flatmates..
