Looking for a new home

Hi there, my name is Gianmarco and I am 31 y. o.
I do not copy well with the fear of aging, so please do not remind of that 🙃
We know the battle against the time is already lost, but it is worth fighting for.

The place where I lived in Elephant and Castle for 3 years sadly was sold earlier this year (tears stream down my face) and after various vicissitudes including sublets, toxic live-in (and out) landlords, vans, storage, mental breakdown etc here I am, looking for a place where to stay possibly for a long time

I am a quiet but sociable person who always enjoy a drink (or two, or an entire bottle of Chianti or Prosecco) or a nice chat, but I like having time for myself. Therefore, I always pay respect to other people’s privacy and personal space. In my free time, I like being physically active, watching movies, cycling, hanging out with friends and taking long strolls.

Why I do think I am the ideal flatmate:
- I do not like cooking, and I mostly rely on supermarket meal's deal (always hoping to be asked to provide ID for age verification while I buy my 473ml Red Bull sugar free), protein bar and shakers. When I feel inspired, I can even use the microwave to prepare some vegetables. That means no queue to use the kitchen!
I am more than open to host dinners together, however I'd rather avoid cooking unless you want to try the feeling of a gastric lavage. I'd be delighted to wash the dishes though (and waiting for the Fairy Godmother)
- I have a full driving license (to bring you to the hospital if you make me cook and try my dainties)
- I mostly shower in the gym, so no waiting list for the bathroom at peak hours.
- I do not suffer the cold and I'm always warm (my colleagues in the office come to me to warm up), so no crazy heating bills.
- I love pets but I do not have any, so if you have a dog or a cat I'd be delighted to look after them.
- I have been working in customer-facing job, so I am usually patient and tolerant.
- I come with a sparkling and blunt irony, but you may have already realised that...

Dealbreaker:
- lack of living room.
- live-in-landlord and lodger agreements.
- lack of contract.
- lack of dryer (not strict)
- Authority/Council Blocks etc., I love you all but I have already tried that experience and it was a nice one.. once in a lifetime.
- Tories.
