Male seeks a single or double room

I am a single male aged 36. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 03/04/2024 and have a budget of £500pcm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 25 and 55 years old. I have currently been signed off work long term after being self employed foramy years hence why looking to downsize and dss would need to be accepted. I'm a clean tidy quiet person and spend most of my weekends away at my daughters
