I am a director of a small Ltd company located just south of Chichester.

I would describe myself as an old school Englishman with attendant values of honesty, integrity and common decency. This should place me in the exemplary tenant arena.

I am currently a fit and active yachtsman with a boat moored in Chichester harbour, some of my other interests are music, literature, the arts..

Ideally I would wish to reside in a quality home with a large ensuite room in a bucolic or maritime setting. Also of major importance is off street parking and broadband access..

The arrangement could be flexible with either a simple rent agreement or alternatively I would consider contributing to the property upkeep, mowing lawns, general diy etc with a contribution to the property overheads.

This could possibly suit someone who is considering the escalating risks of leaving a second home unoccupied or is living in a large property and considering obtaining help with upkeep. and bills..

I am relaxed and easy going when not in the office! I love animals having lived for many years with cats and dogs.
