Nearly-weds searching for unfurnished flat/house

We are getting married in May 2026 and are looking for a new flat/house together to start married life in!

We both work in property - Both are full time jobs with some work from home, but the majority in the office. Ideally we need a car parking space or to be on a road that allows us to get a permit.

We are looking for a one or two bed flat, unfurnished or possibly part furnished as we have furniture from our current flat. Ideally with some form of outside space. We are not looking for accommodation with a flatmate. We would like a minimum 12 month tenancy but are flexible. We are tidy and considerate tenants looking for a clean / new or refurbished space as we have had some issues with mould when renting previously.
