Quiet writer / traveller Sutton

I’m a writer, teacher, and wanderer who loves exploring places like Portugal and Costa Rica. My travels range from weekend escapes to longer adventures lasting 1-2 months. I’m on the lookout for a place in Sutton with easy access to transport and amenities, and I’d really prefer my own bathroom, but it’s not essential. My first book comes out next year, so I will be busy with my book tour, and PR, so I would prefer a quiet environment.

Here’s what I’m after:
- A year-long lease
- Move-in ready 1st July
- Good transport links
- Rent under £850 a month, bills included
- Would love an ensuite or private bathroom
- No more than 3 housemates
- Not looking to live with families or couples
