Quiet Room Needed.

Second time listing. Now ready to move. Thanks to everyone who messaged previously.

Formally a long distance European heavy haulage driver whos started a new career in the Railway as a train driver, being based at Bescot near the train station. So looking for something within close proximity of that. For context looking at around a maximum of 15 minutes drive.

Ill be working shifts, 24hrs over 7days therefore a quiet household environment is incredibly important for me. So probably only maybe 2 or 3 other people in the house who are also professional workers or post graduate.


Will be looking for 12 months initially.

Parking either on the property or on street is fine so long as its relaible. No parking roulette please.

I think I'm clean, tidy and respectful. When not at work I tend to watch TV no noisy activities. Chess player, theatre goer. Reader. Traveller. Getting into cooking.... help always welcome!

Rent. Happy to pay a few months in advance, but please, if you require a home owner as a guarantor please don't message me. I'm a grown man who's not about to make such a request of his friends. It's embarrassing. I've set a budget at £400 but that's negotiable.

Viewing. I'd like to see the property in advance please, also gives you the opportunity to meet with me, but I'm on a residential course till March during the week. So any viewing would need to be late on a Friday or at the weekend.
