Post Op Transsexual Looking to Move to Brighton

The price of £500 is for room as housing benefit only pay this amount. Ideally I am looking for 1 bed/ studio for £750. pcm Hiya guys hope your well, I'm Nicole Pre-Op Transsexual currently in Manchester, but looking to move to Brighton permanently. I have had GENDER REASSIGNMENT SURGERY month ago so am looking to move to Brighton permanently.
House/Flat share would be good also with people that are open minded, genuine, honest, respectful, clean, fun and happy. Family household also ideal with children, pets are fine.
) I am very easy going, friendly, honest, healthy, empathetic person.
I love keeping fit, eating healthy, learning new things, Have done various qualifications that include counselling, mental health, support work in schools, and am looking to get work in this sector when moved.
Ideally looking for flat between Brighton pier and kemptown but open to suggestions, The lanes, seven dials, Hove etc If it is very near them, Within Portslade and Brighton please.
As been a Transsexual it can be difficult for people to get there head round. But I am very friendly, honest, fun, and love helping others and physical work.
I have a document showing photo, all my details, references, qualifications, rent payments for last 6 years all paid on time. for the landlady to see.
I am currently on housing benefit until I get work in the education /support work sector.
